CHRISTMAS SHOPPING

Shop your Christmas gifts now! Easy exchanges within 90 days online.
Guaranteed to be under the tree if you order before:
Great Britain: December 11
Rest of Europe: December 16

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

Delivery from our warehouse in Denmark normally takes 1-7 business days within Europe. If you place your order before 12 AM UTC +1 on workdays, we will send your order the same day.

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING COST?

We offer free shipping for orders above 55 EUR. For orders under that amount we will add a shipping fee of 4-6 EUR - dependend on your shipping country.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?

We have a 90 days return policy, because we want you to be happy with your purchase. The return fee is 4 EUR, and the amount will be deducted from the purchase price.

HOW DO I CHANGE / CANCEL MY ORDER?

Call or email us with your inquiry. If you want to change/cancel your order, we can cancel it as long as it hasn’t left the warehouse, or is locked in our order system. If the order is already locked in our order system or has left the warehouse, please create a new order and return the incorrect order.

I DOUBLE ORDERED! WHAT DO I DO?

Send us an email or chat message with your request. We can cancel the order if it hasn't left the warehouse already.

MY PRODUCT IS BROKEN/DAMAGES. WHAT DO I DO?

If you have purchased the product online, please send an email to webshop@pilgrim.net with a picture of the damaged item. 

However, if you bought the product in one of our stores, we kindly ask you to go there with your receipt.
